Blood Harvest Event |
---|
|
The Blood Harvest is a seasonal event that bears resemblance to the Helltides. The Blood Harvest event offers tons of new vampiric challenges and activities for players to experience and complete.
The Blood Harvest event is the most efficient way to grind for new seasonal items such as Potent Blood and Armor Pacts. These items are important components for utilizing the new seasonal mechanic, Vampiric Powers.
All Vampiric Powers and How to Equip
To earn as much reward as you can during the Blood Harvest, you must gather and use the special resources you gain during the event, namely Blood Lures and Seeker Keys.
Obtaining Blood Lures will allow you to interact with offering altars to attract powerful foes that will drop Potent Blood, Hunters' Acclaim points, and other generous loot. On the other hand, Seeker Keys are used to open Seekers Caches, which constantly contain Armor Pacts, among other useful loot.
Blood Lures and Seeker Keys do not expire regardless of whether the Blood Harvest event changes location or you log out of the game. You can strategically save these resources and use them whenever you're in a party since only one player needs to open a Seeker Cache for everyone to receive loot.
Blood Harvest events spawn in certain areas across Sanctuary. You can determine when a certain area has the Blood Harvest event if has a green swamp indication and a skull icon on the map similar to that of the Helltides.
The Blood Harvest event lasts for 1 hour until it transfers to another location. There is no downtime for this event, so you can continuously grind it if you want to.
The Blood Harvest event is one of the best activities for leveling. Not only does the area have good mob density, but you can also accomplish Tree of Whisper objectives, which give huge gold and XP once exchanged.
The main activities inside the Blood Harvest are all related to the vampiric horror spreading in Sanctuary. These activities vary from summoning and defeating powerful Blood Seekers, taking down hoards of vampires, rescuing caged villagers, and so much more.
Completing these activities will not only reward you with powerful items but will also give you Hunters' Acclaim points, which allows you to claim rewards from the Hunters' Acclaim Board.
Sanguine Altars are offering altars found inside the Blood Harvest event, wherein you can offer 15 Blood Lures in order to attract Blood Seekers. These Blood Seekers drop a significant amount of Potent Blood, which you can use to unlock or upgrade your Vampiric Powers.
They also drop Seeker Keys that you can use to unlock Seekers Caches that are also found within the Blood Harvest events. Seeker Caches has a chance to drop rare items, Cleansing acids, Armor Pacts, Blood Lures, and Potent Blood.
Blood Lure Pedastals are one of the highlights of the Blood Harvest, where you can offer 50 Blood Lures per pedestal, for a total of 150 Blood Lures, to summon stronger Blood Seekers called the Ancients.
Defeating these Ancients will give you generous rewards, including Blood Seeker Keys, Potent Blood, and legendary and rare items.
You can find numerous events tied to the Tree of Whispers inside the Blood Harvest. Doing these events is extremely efficient as players within the Blood Harvest, whether in a party or not, will share progress.
Remember to aim for these events, as it is currently one of the best ways to level up and earn gold in game.
Best Tree of Whispers Rewards: Which Collection to Choose
Random World Events are also present within the Blood Harvest. These are something to look out for, as they can also reward you with a significant amount of Potent Blood, Hunters' Acclaim points, different items, and highly sought-out Obols!
During the Blood Harvest, you can also interact with small events such as laying rest to Restless Spirits, unlocking Blood Wells, and interacting with Injured Adventures to gain various rewards.
These rewards depend on the random small events that spawn, but most of them give Potent Blood, Seeker Keys, and Hunters' Acclaim points.
One of the best things about Blood Harvest events is that you can simultaneously complete numerous Tree of Whisper objectives while farming. Make sure to check and aim for the completion of these activities to get bonus rewards from the Tree of Whisper.
Blood Seekers not only provide Seeker Keys but also the most amount of Potent Blood. You can hunt these Blood Seekers by either offering to the Sanguine Altars or just roaming around the Blood Event area for a random spawn.
Make sure to take advantage of World Events and the random small events found in the Blood Harvest. Often times, these events will provide generous loot including Hunters' Acclaim points and Potent Blood.
The Hunters' Acclaim rewards players with various items like crafting materials, items, and pact consumables depending on the player's tier in the Hunters' Acclaim. Reputation can be obtained by completing various events in the Blood Harvest.
