DLSS is Available in Diablo 4

DLSS Diablo 4

DLSS, a feature developed by Nvidia that increases a game's graphical performance, has been confirmed for Diablo 4. FSR, AMD's counterpart of the feature has also been confirmed to be available for the game.

DLSS3, the latest iteration of the software, is confirmed to be in Diablo 4 for NVIDIA GeForce® RTX 40 Series cards.

Does Diablo 4 Have Ray-Tracing?

Ray-Tracing Will be Available Post-Launch

Ray-Tracing, a feature that allows accurate reflections in video games, was not available during Diablo 4's Open Beta or Server Slam Weekend. However, it has been reported that the developers plan to add it, in the future, after the game releases.
