You can find the Echo of Hatred Dungeon entrance in the Fractured Peaks region near the Nevesk Waypoint on Desolate Highlands.

Complete Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon

The Echo of Hatred Dungeon is unlocked after completing the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon in World Tier 3. To find the Echo of Hatred Dungeon on your map, set the game's difficulty to World Tier 4.

Upon entering the Echo of Hatred Capstone Dungeon, head north and pass a couple of bridges and you will find the throne room. There won't be any enemies in this dungeon besides the Echo of Lilith.

Use a Uber Lilith-Focused Build

Uber Lilith is extremely difficult to beat with a build made for standard Nightmare Dungeons and the enemies found there. Your best bet is to prepare a build specifically made to handle Uber Lilith. We've compiled the best builds to use for Uber Lilith for each class in our full article.

Best Uber Lilith Builds

Uber Lilith - Phase 1

Her attacks consist of a variety of melee combos and long-range wave attacks that can deal massive damage or instantly kill you. These attacks can be difficult to avoid since Lilith will cover the stage with Red Mist to limit the area where you can move around. Make sure to have at least one Mobility Skill to help you dodge these attacks or try to build up enough Life and Armor to survive. Keep in mind that if you walk or stand on the red mist, Lilith will instantly kill you with her dive attack.

She also summons a couple of enemies and Volatile Blood boils that explodes after a few seconds if they are not destroyed. Make sure to focus on these ads whenever they spawn.

Uber Lilith - Phase 2

During this phase, Lilith's attacks are now more powerful and much faster than in Phase 1. She also summons multiple Ghost Projectiles that will constantly follow you until the fight ends.

At first, you will be able to dodge her attacks easily since the Red Mist from Phase 1 will disappear and you will be able to use the full area. However, as you deal damage to Lilith, she will cut the platform that you are standing on multiple times until you are left with a small area. It is extremely difficult to dodge her attacks at this stage of the fight, make sure to finish her off as soon as possible upon reaching this point.

Echo of Hatred Rewards

Lilith's Doom Title

If you are able to defeat Echo of Lilith, you will also be rewarded with the Lilith's Doom title that you can equip on your profile.

Challenge Rewards and Titles

Bloody Liquid Steed Mount

Defeating Uber Lilith for the first time will drop you the Reigns of the Bloody Liquid Steed Mount. You can equip this mount by talking to the Stable Master in towns.
