Note that with this build, you will encounter a ton of mana management issues, making it challenging to play due to the high mana cost of Chain Lightning.

Since you will be constantly spamming Lightning Spear, the Ring of Starless Skies is a must have for its massive resource cost reduction effect, allowing you to fully take advantage of this build's potential.

The Fireball Sorcerer primarily utilizes the Fireball Enchantment, which causes enemies to explode over a large area upon being killed. This is paired with the Gloves of the Illuminator, allowing your Fireball to bounce between multiple enemies, making this one of the best mob clearing builds available for the Sorcerer.

However, this build is quite weak against single target enemies, so you will need to equip Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop to significantly boost your damage, making one on one fights more manageable.
