How to Unlock Sorcerer: Legacy of the Magi

The Legacy of the Magi quest is automatically unlocked in the Desolate Highlands when Sorcerers reach Lv. 15.

Sorcerer: Legacy of the Magi Walkthrough
| Objective | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Follow the astral call by teleporting to the Nevesk Waypoint and traveling further West/Southwest towards where you first spawned after creating your character. |
| 2 |  Speak to Mordarin In the southwestern corner of the Desolate Highlands to progress further into this quest. |
| 3 |  Head to the Lost Archives dungeon, which is situated northwest of your location after speaking with Mordarin. |
| 4 | Defeat two members of the Demonic Vanguard to unlock the area within the Lost Archives that contains the Forgotten Codex. They will appear as skull icons on your mini-map! |
| 5 | Look for the chest containing the Forgotten Codex somewhere within the Halls of Knowledge. |
| 6 |  Return the Forgotten Codex to Mordarin to proceed this quest. |
| 7 |  Enter the Abandoned Shack. |
| 8 | Light the four elemental braziers and defeat a wave of oncoming demons. |
| 9 |  Speak to Mordarin one final time to receive the Forgotten Codex and unlock your first Enchantment Slot which can be accessed by pressing S on the keyboard. |

Enchantment Slots
The Sorcerer unlocks the Enchantment class mechanic which allows you to enhance your active skills and grant them unique properties. Note that Ultimate Skills cannot be enchanted.
Class Quest Completion for Future Characters
Completing this quest will automatically unlock the Sorcerer's unique class mechanics for future Sorcerer characters.
This quality of life change is part of the Season 7 update, where class quest completion is account-wide and will carry over to later seasons.
