Unsavory Oddities Vendor can only be found within the Field of Hatred zones of the Dry Steppes and Kehjistan regions. To unlock the Fields of Hatred PvP game mechanic as well as the Unsavory Oddities Vendor, all you need to do is visit one of either Fields of Hatred.
Fields of Hatred and PvP Guide
The Unsavory Oddities vendor allows players to spend 3000 Red Dust in order to purchase unidentified pieces of armor with random stats and rarity. Unlike the Purveyor of Curiosities, the Unsavory Oddities vendor only allows players to roll for armor pieces: head, chest, arms, pants, and legs.
Upon reaching World Tier 3, the Unsavory Oddities vendor will start being able to roll for Sacred items. This is indicated by a glowing effect at the top of the item icon in the vendor menu.
Note: While these Sacred items can drop when you attempt to roll, the indicator does not guarantee that a Sacred item will drop each time you make a purchase.
