Exploit Glyph

Exploit is currently one of the best Glyphs to run on any class due to its massive damage bonus against Vulnerable targets, which already take a base 20% extra damage by default.

Furthermore, the Glyph's additional effect for Barbarian, Rogue, and Druid inflicts Vulnerable against damaged foes, providing additional uptime and another way to apply the debuff on enemies. The Necromancer and Sorcerer have a different additional effect, providing a stacking damage increase instead, which is still an excellent bonus to have.

What Does Vulnerable Do?

Control is another excellent general Glyph to have for Sorcerers, Rogues, and Necromancers, as it greatly enhances the damage against Crowd Controlled targets. These three classes almost always have a Crowd Control effect applied on every enemy they come across, essentially making the Glyph a direct damage boost at little to no cost.

Rare Node Glyphs

Glyphs that enhance the effect of nearby Rare nodes, like Destruction for Sorcerer and Poise for Druid, are also some of the best overall Glyphs due to their flexibility and utility. Players can slot these Glyphs into their preferred Paragon Boards to buff essential Rare nodes for their builds while providing potent passive effects.

Core Skill Glyphs

Glyphs that enhance the power of Core Skills, such as Wrath for Barbarian and Combat for Rogue, are part of the best overall Glyphs for any class, as most builds tend to rely on Core skills for most of their damage output. Slotting these Glyphs into the Paragon Board provides a massive damage output increase on top of the additional effects they provide.

For most Barbarian builds, Exploit, Territorial, and Wrath are excellent Glyphs to upgrade due to their improvements to damage output and survivability and Wrath's additional Fury generation.

For builds that can consistently have Berserking and Fortify, Ire and Undaunted are also potent picks for Glyphs in the Paragon Board.

For Druids that can take heavy advantage of Crowd Control, Vulnerable, and Critical Strikes, the Spirit and Earth and Sky Glyphs are also fantastic choices.

Some of the Sorcerer's best general damage output Glyphs include Elementalist, Enchanter, and Control. Exploit is also a notable Glyph for Sorcerers as they can easily apply Vulnerable with Frost Nova.

Territorial is another potent Glyph for Sorcerers as it provides Damage Reduction and enhanced damage output against Close enemies, making it particularly strong when paired with Arc Lash builds.

Some of the best general Necromancer Glyphs are Control, Exploit, and Essence due to their powerful general damage boosts and synergies against Vulnerable and Crowd Controlled enemies.

For more specialized Necromancer builds, Sacrificial is an excellent Glyph for Bone-based builds without minions, and Gravekeeper provides Rare node boosts while enhancing damage based on nearby Corpses.
