Citadel Coins are the primary currency obtained in the Dark Citadel in Diablo 4 (D4) and are exchanged for various items at the Dark Citadel Vendor. Learn how to farm more Citadel Coins and the best items to spend them on below.

Citadel Coins are exclusively obtained by clearing the three different wing sections and the final boss of the citadel. The weekly Citadel Challenger's Cache which you obtain by completing all three wings also reward you with Citadel Coins along with other rewards.
As the Dark Citadel is a multiplayer-exclusive content, it's recommended to use the Party Finder to find more players to clear the citadel with.

Effect: Use: Increases All Stats by +30 for all nearby Players, killing an enemy gives you +2 All Stats for 5 seconds, and increases Experience gained by 5%. Lasts 20 minutes.

Effect: Use to summon an Anvil that can be used by 4 players to repair their gear. Has a 60 second cooldown.

Effect: Use to restore all Tempering Charges on an item. Only usable once per item.
