Diablo 4 (D4) has several one-time events and potentially missable content throughout a regular playthrough. Check out the list of all in-game missables, one-time events, and non-missable content!

Campaign and Side Quests Can't Be Replayed

You cannot replay Campaign Quests or Side Quests after you complete them. In addition, since the game does not keep track of quests after completion, it's also impossible to view the descriptions or objectives of finished quests.

Campaign Bosses Can't Be Rematched

It's also impossible to replay boss fights from the campaign, even if you can navigate to their location in the open world. However, some bosses from the campaign make reappearances in specific Capstone Dungeons and Side Quests, like Elias in the Fallen Temple and Andariel during A Series of Steps.

Campaign Walkthrough and List of Main Quests

Story Cutscenes Can't Be Rewatched

There's currently no feature or way to rewatch the main story cutscenes. Players will have to play through the entire campaign again or watch clips from third-party sites if they want to revisit any cutscenes they might have skipped or missed.

Some Character Creation Options are Permanent

Your character's Class, Body Type, Face, Body, and Hair settings are all permanent and can't be modified past character creation. While you can modify Accessories and Makeup in the Wardrobe, you will have to create a new character if you want to change any of the previously mentioned settings.

Random Drop Side Quests Are Easily Missed

While it's impossible to completely miss a Side Quest, some start from random enemy drops that players could overlook while aiming for 100% completion. Check out our guides above for any Side Quests you might have missed while casually playing through each region.

Side Quests

As previously mentioned, you cannot miss any Side Quest in Diablo 4. However, some Side Quests may take more effort to find and complete, such as those that start from random drops or have several prerequisites.

There are also no missable Altars of Lilith in the game, provided you've progressed the story enough to unlock the entirety of all regions. However, some Altars are hidden inside Strongholds, so you will need to clear them out to reach the statues inside.

Codex of Power Aspects

None of the Legendary Aspects in the Codex of Power are missable, as the Dungeons you can get them from are repeatable and always remain open in the overworld once unlocked. Players can also choose to unlock Aspects on secondary characters, as the Codex of Power is shared account-wide.

Renown Milestones

It's also impossible to miss any of the Renown milestones in Diablo 4, as there are more than enough tasks in the open world to complete to reach the 2,000 points needed to unlock all Renown rewards in each region.

Challenge Completion

Outside of event-based Feats of Strength, which do not count toward 100% completion, there are no missable Challenges or title rewards in Diablo 4. Players are free to complete these challenges as they progress through the game or after they've finished the campaign.
