The best blessing to prioritize this season is Urn of Chaos Nightmares, which increases the chance of obtaining an additional Nightmare Dungeon Sigil and guarantees a Chaos Rift Affix. Clearing Chaos Rifts in Nightmare Dungeons is one of the best ways to obtain Chaos armor, which significantly boosts the power of the builds that use it.
To increase your chances of reaching Wave 10 on your next Infernal Horde Compass Drop, get the Urn of Blazing Infernal. This makes it much easier to gather 666 aberrant cinders, as you have up to ten waves to collect the necessary cinders for the Bartuc encounter.
However, players with builds that can easily clear the waves — such as the Hydra Sorceress or the Blood Wave Necromancer — can choose to forgo this blessing since they can reach the required cinders well before Wave 10.

As you're in the process of levelling up, you'll be doing a bunch of Helltide Runs, so make sure to grab Urn of Chaos Nightmares first.

After maxing out the Urn of Chaos Nightmares, invest Smoldering Ashes into the Urn of Blazing Infernal to increase your chances of acquiring Infernal Compasses that lasts up to Wave 10. If you don't need it, you may opt to go for Chaos Armor next, so long as you can reliably get up to 666 aberrant cinders before wave 10 during Helltides.

Once you have finished the Urn of Chaos Nightmares, the Urn of Blazing Infernal, and the Urn of Chaos Armor, you can proceed to level up the remaining blessings. The Urn of Sustain is quite situational, and gaining reputation with Viz-Jaq comes naturally with normal progression. Therefore, you can obtain these later once you have capped the priority blessings.

Reallocating Season Blessings begins with a low Gold cost but increases with each consecutive re-spec. Fortunately, the Gold cost for caps at 30,000 Gold, allowing for flexible reallocation without significant worry once you accumulate enough Gold during the later stages of progression.

Season Blessings are urns that provide additional buffs to your characters. They can be leveled up by using Smoldering Ashes, which you can obtain from the Season Journey Rewards.
The effects of the Season Blessings are applied to all of your characters in the Seasonal Realm to help you boost their progress as you level through the Season Journey.

Collect Smoldering Ashes
In Season 10, you can earn and collect Smoldering Ashes from the Season Journey Rewards to level up your preferred Blessing for the season. Level up your Season Journey by completing the objectives such as killing specific monsters and participating in events.
