At character creation select World Tier 2 and Skip Campaign for Alts.

Diablo 4 - Get Carried in Capstone Dungeons
Capstone Dungeon Carry
In order to reach World Tier 4 for 200% exp gain, have some friends, or friendly players carry you through Capstone Dungeons as soon as possible.

AFK Farm Nightmare Dungeons
Party up with your high level friends and have them run a Nightmare dungeon at least +3 tier levels higher than you, then just chill at the dungeon entrance. This trick works even if your character dies, as long as you stay inside the Dungeon.
