Tier List Criteria

	Builds that can solo most content with only a small amount of investment to gear, aspects, paragons, and runewords. These builds continue to be relevant towards endgame and will make your experience a lot easier.
	Builds that can reach their peak with the right amount of investments. These builds take time and effort to optimize but can stand on par with most relevant builds.
	Builds that shine only in certain situations and cannot solo most content. These builds are only good temporarily for early levels and is not advised to use for endgame content.

This leveling build for Season 6 uses the new Ultimate Skill of the Necromancer called Soulrift. It allows us to gain an insane amount of Essence just by being active while also empowering our damage output. We then utilize Sever due to its strong early-game power and AoE clearing ability.

Bone Spear Build

This build is a standard Bone Spear build but is enhanced by the new Ultimate Skill Soulrift. While we do lose out on Bone Storm's critical strike bonus, we do gain the ability to apply Vulnerable semi-permanently to targets due to Soulrift's upgraded effect. We also gain an immense amount of Essence while Soulrift is active which can massively multiply our DPS.

To compensate for the lack of Bone Storm in our kit, we highly focus on increasing our Critical Strike Chance. To increase our Soulrift uptime, we will also invest in Lucky Hit chance to increase our chances of getting more cooldown reduction from Decrepify.

Blight Summoner Build

A newly upgraded Blight summoner build makes its entry to the Necromancer's recommended build sets. This build is now much stronger thanks to the newly added Key Passive Affliction which allows you and your summons to deal extra damage to enemies afflicted by your Curse skills and Crowd Control effects!

We do not use any primary skill for this build as we'll manage to use our lucky hit procs to generate corpses for Corpse Explosion as well as using Soul Rift to gain essence! During down time, our Skeleton Mages will also generate Essence for us by going the Skeletal Mage - Cold upgrade.

Blood Surge Build

Strong AoE Damage Easy Resource Management Limited Range Capability

The Blood Surge is revamped for season 6 and like the majority of Necromancer builds, will also include Soulrift to its arsenal. This allows the Blood Surge build to have infinite Essence for a short period of time while having insane damage output against enemies near its vicinity.

Cruor's Embrace also amplifies the build's damage output by allowing us to consume corpses to maximize our corpse consumption effect like Fueled by Death to allow us to maximize the Necromancer's buffs.
