Your Weapon Mastery Skills are now also Core Skills that have no Cooldowns but cost Fury, dealing 50 - 70% of normal damage. Their Fury costs are reduced by 5 for any additional Charges the Skill would have had.

How to Get The Third Blade

Obtained from Infernal Hordes

Diablo 4 - Infernal Hordes

The Third Blade, along with the 15 Unique Items introduced in Season 5, have higher drop rates in the newly introduced game mode, the Infernal Hordes. At the moment, opening the Spoils of Hell found at the end of the Infernal Hordes is the best way to farm this Unique.

In order to unlock Infernal Horde, you must complete the questline The Eyes of the Enemy at World Tier 3: Nightmare difficulty. Then, obtain an Infernal Compass, which opens the portal to the Infernal Horde.
