The Uber Bosses newly introduced in Season 2 allow for Target Farming of specific Uniques. Grind the bosses above until you get the drop you want!
Obtained from Infernal Hordes
The Third Blade have higher drop rates in the Infernal Hordes game mode. At the moment, opening the Spoils of Hell found at the end of the Infernal Hordes is the best way to farm this Unique.
In order to unlock Infernal Horde, you must complete the questline The Eyes of the Enemy and obtain an Infernal Compass, which opens the portal to the Infernal Horde.
