The Crown of Lucion has been blocked and cannot be equiped as of 5/3/2025 on Season 8. It's currently unknown when an updated will be applied to remove the damage-scaling issue found so stay tuned for updates.
A damage-scaling issue was discovered with Crown of Lucion . The item will be temporarily disabled and will return in an upcoming update. As always, we appreciate the share of discoveries and we will be quick to provide updates on when we’ll have the item back up for players to use.

Obtained from Infernal Hordes
Crown of Lucion have higher drop rates in the Infernal Hordes game mode. At the moment, opening the Spoils of Hell found at the end of the Infernal Hordes is the best way to farm this Unique.
In order to unlock Infernal Horde, you must complete the questline The Eyes of the Enemy and obtain an Infernal Compass, which opens the portal to the Infernal Horde.
