Unique items can be obtained by killing enemies and opening chests in the open world. To raise your chances of getting Mjolnic Ryng, participate in World Events like Gathering Legions, slay World Bosses, or run Nightmare Dungeons as these are the best methods for acquiring high-tier loot.
How to Farm Uniques
You can also obtain the Mjolnic Ryng from chests found in Helltide Events. Keep watch of any active Helltide on the map since they spawn every hour and farm as many Cinders as you can to open chests.

Mjolnic Ryng have higher drop rates in the Infernal Hordes game mode. At the moment, opening the Spoils of Hell found at the end of the Infernal Hordes is the best way to farm this Unique.
In order to unlock Infernal Horde, you must complete the questline The Eyes of the Enemy and obtain an Infernal Compass, which opens the portal to the Infernal Horde.

If you are feeling lucky, you can also take your chances at the Purveyor of Curiosity and spend your Murmuring Obols for purchasing gear. Keep in mind that the rarity of gear you can get will range from Magic to Mythic Unique items so gamble at your own risk.
Mjolnic Ryng, along with the 15 Unique Items introduced in Season 5, have higher drop rates in the newly introduced game mode, the Infernal Hordes. At the moment, opening the Spoils of Hell found at the end of the Infernal Hordes is the best way to farm this Unique.
In order to unlock Infernal Horde, you must complete the questline The Eyes of the Enemy at World Tier 3: Nightmare difficulty. Then, obtain an Infernal Compass, which opens the portal to the Infernal Horde.
