Guaranteed to Drop After Beating the Last Boss
Mother's Embrace is a guaranteed drop once you beat the last boss of Diablo 4. Unlike the regular Uniques which only drop starting from World Tier 3 onwards, this unique can be obtained while playing at World Tiers 1 or 2.
Will Drop from Enemies and Chests
Unique items can also be obtained by killing enemies and opening chests upon reaching World Tiers 3 or 4 in Diablo 4. To raise your chances of getting more copies of Mother's Embrace, participate in World Events like Gathering Legions, slay World Bosses, or run Nightmare Dungeons as these are the best methods for acquiring high-tier loot.
