skill issue syndrome, he's easily one of the best characters in the game right now once you build him and is piss easy to play
Not really best. He can't deal very high damage except for his ult. If you cannot do a perfect dodge while playing the game, it is not a good choice. Characters that fight from a distance have an advantage. Even if you do a full damage build on Verina, she'll be easier to play than Jiyan.
the thing is, if you have do the rotation right, you are pretty much on his ult by the time you finish the rotation. Even more easily if you have energy regen stats in your echoes.
After kitting out both Encore and Jiyan, Encore feels much better to play with. Jiyan is completely dependent upon his ult and feels extremely weak outside of it. Encore doesn't have that issue with her resonance skill hitting like a nuke
