Version 3.0 Optimizations and Changes
In addition to new content, Kuro Games also included a bunch of new optimizations and QOL changes that improves the experience of players when playing Wuthering Waves from Version 3.0:
| Main Quest Fast Track Event | Should you be fairly new to the game, you can fast track and unlock Version 3.0's new quests by going to the Resonance Nexus in Jinzhou when Version 3.0 launches on December 25, 2025. |

| Upgrade Functions (Data Terminal) | Terminal can now reach Level 30 and Cost 1 and Cost 3 Echoes can now receive improved drop rates. Double-material events such as Chord Cleansing Guide and Bountiful Crescendo can now be double-stacked with your regular farming run, meaning you will automatically get your bonus and base rewards, saving farming time. |
| World Exploration | Better interactive terrain and environment features such as sandstorms and grass unique to Lahai-Roi have been implemented. |
| Experience on Mobile | You can now enter the game while only downloading Basic Resources, meaning you can run the game in the menu while other content downloads. You can also reduce memory storage use by doing Resource Cleanup to save storage. Frame Generation has been added to Dimensity 9400+ and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 phones, allowing for faster frame rates on these devices. |
