I solo use her in any content that doesn't require a party, she reminds me of Jean from genshin with a touch of noelle (can deal big dmg, can heal, can make shields) and it's a lot of fun.
Not sure about her dps potential but her shield is keeping my Danjin safe since she reduces her own hp. Probably shines in those scenarios where you need a strong shield, just too bad she needs on-field time to get the shield first. Her burst sometimes helps but it doesn't last long unlike a certain drunk bard
I got her at beginner banner at 20 pity,she seems very good till now,tho havent yet got used to her whole kits
