Diablo 4 - Is There Magic Find?

Magic Find, which formerly boosted your chances of finding high-rarity items from drops, returns as a Nightmare Sigil Affix in Diablo 4 (D4). Learn more about Magic Find, its effects, and how it can be used to find more Legendary and Unique items.

Is There Magic Find?

Only as a Nightmare Sigil

While Magic Find is not available as an attribute of Items or Skills like previous Diablo games, it can be found as a Dungeon Affix for Nightmare Sigils.

Players can use Nightmare Sigils with Magic Find to farm Nightmare Dungeons with increased item drop rates, allowing them to get Legendary and Unique items more frequently overall.

In previous Diablo games, Magic Find was a non-primary attribute that increased the likelihood of items you receive from monsters being Magic, Rare, Legendary, or a higher rarity. Due to Magic Find's unique ability, items and Skills providing it are often sought after by many in the playerbase.

Magic Find in Diablo 4 does not explicitly find Items with higher rarity, but it does cause more items to drop overall which will yield more high-rarity items total.
