What is Frozen?

An Immobilizing Debuff

Frozen enemies cannot move or attack. Enemies can be frozen by repeatedly chilling them. Frozen is primarily used by the Sorcerer and Rogue classes.

Frigid FinesseFrigid Finesse You deal XX% increased damage to Chilled enemies. This bonus increases to YY% against Frozen enemies.

Sorcerer Skills

Skill Effect
Frozen OrbFrozen Orb Unleash an orb that Chills for 34% and expels piercing shards, dealing a total of 50% damage. Upon expiration, Frozen Orb explodes, dealing 52% Shard damage and Chilling enemies for 9%.
Ice ShardsIce Shards Launch 5 shards that deal XX% damage each. Deals 25% increased damage to Frozen enemies.
HoarfrostHoarfrost You deal XX% increased damage to Chilled enemies, and YY% increased damage to Frozen enemies.
AvalancheAvalanche Lucky Hit: Your Frost skills have up to a 30% chance to make your next cast of Ice Shards, Frozen Orb, or Blizzard consume no mana and deal 60% increased damage. Damage is now increased by an additional 25%[x] against Vulnerable enemies.
ShatterShatter After Freeze expires, enemies explode for XX% of the damage you dealt to them while Frozen.

Icy AlchemistIcy Alchemist's Aspect Lucky Hit: Shadow Imbued Skill have up to a 75% chance to release an explosion that deals 0.3-0.48 Cold damage to the target and surrounding enemies, Chilling them for 25%.$If they were already Chilled or Frozen, increase this damage by x100%.
Aspect of Noxious Ice ImageAspect of Noxious Ice Chilled enemies Poisoned by Poison Imbuement will be further Chilled for 20% per second.$You deal 20 - 35% additional Poison damage to Frozen enemies.
Snap Frozen Aspect ImageSnap Frozen Aspect Each Chilled or Frozen enemy you Evade through grants you a Barrier that absorbs XX damage for 5 seconds, absorbing up to a maximum of YY damage.
Coldclip Aspect ImageColdclip Aspect Your Basic skills are always Cold Imbued.$Increase damage to Chilled & Frozen targets by 5 - 20%.
Aspect of Splintering Shards ImageAspect of Splintering Shards Lucky Hit: Up to a 100% chance when hitting or killing a Frozen enemy to create an ice splinter that fires away from them dealing (25%-50% of Weapon Damage) Cold damage and Chilling for 20-30%.

Aspect of Frozen Wake ImageAspect of Frozen Wake While Ice Armor is active, you leave behind exploding Ice Spikes that deal 80 - 100% damage.$Your Ice Spikes deal 15% extra damage to Frozen enemies.
Winter Touch Aspect ImageWinter Touch Aspect When enemies are Frozen, they take 150 - 300% damage.$This damage counts as a Frost Skill.
