What is Bleed?

Physical DoT

Bleed is a Physical based Damage over Time (DoT) effect used primarily by the Barbarian Class.

Skill Effect
RendRend Cleave enemies in front of you, dealing XX% damage and inflicting YY% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.
FlayFlay Flay the enemy, dealing XX% damage and inflicting YY% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.
RuptureRupture Skewer enemies in front of you, dealing XX% damage, then rip your weapon out, damaging enemies for their total Bleeding amount and removing all Bleeding damage from them.
HamstringHamstring Your Bleeding effects Slow on Healthy enemies by XX%.
Iron MaelstromIron Maelstrom Activate three times to attach chains to each of your weapons and perform an attack: First, your Two-Handed Bludgeoning weapon slams into the ground, dealing 60% damage and Stunning enemies for 2 seconds. Next, your Two-Handed Slashing weapon swipes in front of you, dealing 20% damage and inflicting 120% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds. Finally, your Dual Wield weapons swing around you, dealing 33% damage per hit.
Gushing WoundsGushing Wounds When causing an enemy to Bleed, you have a chance equal to your Critical Strike Chance to increase the Bleed amount by 70%, then by 100% of your Critical Strike Damage. Overpowering a Bleeding enemy creates an explosion that inflicts 120% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.
Cut to the BoneCut to the Bone Your Bleeding effects deal XX% increased damage to Vulnerable enemies.
Tough as NailsTough as Nails Increase your Thorns by XX%. When enemies hit you, they take an additional 10% of your Thorns as Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.

Slaking Aspect ImageSlaking Aspect Lucky Hit: You have up to a 45 - 60% chance to gain 20 Fury when a Core Skill deals direct damage to at least one Bleeding enemy. Your Maximum Fury is increased by 5 - 20.
Aspect of Berserk Ripping ImageAspect of Berserk Ripping Whenever you deal direct damage while berserking, inflict (20-30)% of the base damage dealt as additional Bleeding Damage over 5 seconds.
Aspect of Anemia ImageAspect of Anemia Lucky Hit: Damaging Bleeding or Vulnerable enemies has a 15-30% chance to Stun them for 2 seconds.
Iron Blood Aspect ImageIron Blood Aspect Gain (2.0-4.0)% Damage Reduction for each nearby Bleeding enemy up to (10-20)% maximum.
SkullbreakerSkullbreaker's Aspect Stunning a Bleeding enemy deals (22-40)% of their total Bleeding amount to them as Physical damage.
Wanton Rupture Aspect ImageWanton Rupture Aspect Your Rupture does not remove the Bleeding damage from enemies. This can occur once every 30 - 15 seconds.
