List of Nook Shopping Seasonal Items
You can only buy the Songpyeon during Chuseok, from September 12 to September 21. Here is the in-game description of the seasonal event:
"In Korea, families gather in their hometowns and visit the graves of their ancestors to pay respect. Songpyeon, filled rice cakes that are steamed on a bed of pine needles, are a traditional Chuseok delicacy."
If all else fails, you can trade for the Songpyeon with your fellow ACNH gamers! You can visit other islands to trade for items with a Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
