List of Nook Shopping Seasonal Items
You can only buy the Carnations during Mother's Day, from May 1 to May 31. Here is the in-game description of the seasonal event:
"Mother's Day is a day for saying "thank you" to that warm, loving person who always watches over you. Why not send these lovely red carnations with a message card?"
If all else fails, you can trade for the Carnations with your fellow ACNH gamers! You can visit other islands to trade for items with a Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
You can also join our Message Board to meet with fellow Game8 users and trade for your favorite items!
