I got a bug wand for my second prize

I just participated in my third bug off but didn’t receive an achievement stamp in nook mikes, I can’t remember if this shows the next day or at the end of the event? I thought it was automatic if you participated, I restarted and no change. Anyone know the details? Thanks

SH details are very wrong re. dates. Actual dates are always on the 3rd sat of Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar. Upcoming SH dates: December 19th, 2020 January 16th, 2021 February 20th, 2021 March 20th, 2021

The guide says Flick will be there to buy bugs until 8pm, but he isn’t giving me that option. How do you sell bugs to him after the Bug Off ends?

I got a toy centipede and a cool cage from this event!! During the three minutes I also caught a great purple emperor!

The Goliath beetle is only found on palm trees starting at 5pm, so unless you're late to the party, you won't be seeing any. Also, the drone beetle is only found on trees, and several other beetles listed as ground and stumps are only found on stumps, such as the violin, rosalia, jewel, and citris longhorn. The only ground beetle in June is the tiger.

Items I got include a ladybug rug, ladybug umbrella, spider web wall decoration, bug aloha shirt, bug wand, toy cockroach, spider doorplate, bug cage backpack, termite mound, butterflies wall, butterfly backpack, toy centipede, and artisanal bug cage.

My friend plays and had hers yesterday 4/10/20. She has about 7-8 residents I think. I only had 5 as of yesterday and did not have it. Maybe it depends on residents?
