i encountered Wisp and after i got all five of his spirits, he disappeared. I’ve been running in circles, over and over again in the same spot i saw him. I tried leaving the area and going to a different spot in the map and I’m getting pretty mad. He’s not sparing again - how the heck am i supposed to give this to him?

Second time seeing her and she said it was going to to wallpaper, I asked for new and got blue subway tile wall

What are the items the Wisp can give me? How can I find the Wisp effectively?
