Honestly Shorekeeper is only SS in this game so far cuz she works in every team as best support, rest chars got team restrictions and got quite same firepower in their premium teams and ofc working best with Shorekeeper . My Changli with Shorekeeper and Brant is crazy, 3x 200k + dmg in 3 sek . f2p no signature,.
Without his signature weapon or Overture, I guess I can see why he's an S on here but with either he's clearly SS. I'm F2P++ (lunite and podcast) and he's vastly outperforming my Changli. Overall his shielding and healing make him pretty valuable, very flexible. Could build him as a healer, a buffer or a main. Glad I can finally drop Verina from most of my teams (don't have Shorekeeper)
What about this character is ass? he can easily solo TOA when properly built, for a character that's not dps, he's practically immortal with heals and shield, his damage isn't subpar either. Pull his first resonance chain and you practically have a one man army since it helps him against interruption + the dmg increase after skill intro, just say you can't read pls, we won't hate you for it

I think they need to assign the tier as provisional, since this is first jack of all trades limited charachter, people need time to see how his different niches work to rate him accurately
