Destroy the Blood Boils that Spawn

Quickly destroy Lilith's blood boils in phase one as they can deal a significant amount of damage to you. You should always focus on these blood boils whenever she spawns them.

Avoid the Blood Waves by Luring it to the Edge

Immediately head to the edge of the circle when Lilith starts to fly around during her first phase. The reason you want to do this is to lure her blood waves to the edge and give yourself safe spots to dodge them.

Kill Summoned Minions Fast to Blood Wave Mechanic

Kill Lilith's minions as soon as she spawns them to stop her from continuously casting her blood wave mechanic. Note that she will keep flying around as long as they're alive.

Also, take note that Lilith will summon minions twice during her phase 1 so be prepared to take down the second batch of summons.

Lilith Will Start Destroying Platforms on Her Second Phase

Lilith will remove parts of the fight area as you lower her health. She will always follow the same pattern of removing the top part first, followed by the right part, and finally the left.

To survive this mechanic, simply stand on the area Lilith is currently on and wait for the blood waves to sweep the remaining area then immediately transfer. Note that there's a high chance that you'll do this mechanic while dodging her projectiles.

Avoid her Shadow Projectiles

During Lilith's second phase you can avoid her shadow projectiles by running around the arena. This strategy siphons the projectiles in one direction, giving you more space to move during the fight.

Her Attacks can Stack Debuffs that can One-Shot You

Taking damage from Lilith's mechanic attacks will grant you a stacking debuff that significantly raises the damage you take from her mechanics. Accumulating enough of these debuffs can instantly kill you if another mechanic attack hits.

Resplendent Spark

One of the primary ways to obtain a Resplendent Spark is by defeating Uber Lilith. This makes it worthwhile to assemble a strong build to take down one of the game's toughest boss fight.

Aside from the Resplendent Spark, you can also obtain the Reins of the Bloody Steed, a mount that can only be obtained by besting Uber Lilith and there are no other ways of obtaining the said mount skin.

How to Unlock the Echo of Hatred

Active Nevesk's Blood Sigil in Torment Difficulty

Players can unlock the Uber Lilith fight by interacting with her Blood Sigil in Nevesk as soon as they reach any Torment difficulty. Take note that this is by far the hardest boss of the current version of the game.

Make sure you have a good set of Paragon Boards with a decent amount of points and geared up as best as possible before attempting — especially in hardcore mode!
