it is not always the first villager i talk to on my island sometimes second or third crafter.
I received the DIY for Spooky Standing Lamp from Sylvia as 1st recipe 1st OCT and the DIY for Spooky Tower from Monique as 1st recipe on 2nd Oct
All I got was a stupid cherry umbrella haha
Yup! It appears that once a day the first villager you talk to who is crafting will have some spooky recipe during these pre-Halloween days.
On October 1, a villager crafting in their house gave me a Spooky Standing Lamp recipe
