You can find the Banded Dragonfly flying from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Find it from May to October on the Northern Hemisphere, or from November to April on the Southern Hemisphere.

To catch a bug, you'll need to equip your net! Press the X Button to go into your pockets and select your net.
You can also select it from your Tool Ring!
You'll find the Banded Dragonfly flying in the air. Some bugs fly faster the others, so you may have to chase them down.
Once you're close enough, press the A Button to swing your net. You'll then be a proud owner of the Banded Dragonfly!

I wonder why it seems to be such a big deal to us when we catch one. If it's a common bug and it's only worth 4.500 yet the character seems to be super excited (inference from how the "I DID IT!" is huge and in all caps)
