Found in Tidelost Forest
Sigillum is a new Weekly Boss fought via the Gate of the Lost Star portal in Tidelost Forest, northwest of the Resonance Nexus on the Frostlands Surface.
You may need to finish the Chapter 3 Act 3 of the Main Quest to access this normally, but you may also take advantage of doing it in Early Access if you have not finished the story by going to the Guidebook then Weekly Challenge.
