Season 6 will officially launch on October 8, 2024, alongside the new season is the new expansion Vessel of Hatred DLC. This patch is set to bring in new aspects, new uniques, and numerous class balance changes, along with a new game mode called the Seething Realm.
Season 6 introduces a new endgame content called Hatred Rising, a region event that spawns a Realmwalker. Defeating it will also spawn a portal that leads to the Seething Realm dungeon, another new content that features new rewards.
In order to defeat a Realmwalker, you have to kill the hollow mobs nearby to whittle down its health. Eventually, the Realmwalker will reach its destination and spawn 3 Hatred Spires. Destroy all 3 spires so you can start damaging its health directly and ultimately defeat the Realmwalker.
The Seething Realm can be entered through a portal that spawns after defeating a Realmwalker. This content is a new type of dungeon that features 5 Seething Opal elixirs as rewards that can be used for increasing your experience gain by 15% and applying various buffs.
As for the seasonal questline, Season 6 introduces the Zakarum Remnants which can be found at the start of the season. Killing hollow enemies, doing Hatred Rising events, and using Seething Opal elixirs are one of the best ways to increase your reputation and claim even more rewards.
For those wondering about any class updates, Season 6 also introduces one new active and passive skill for each class which further expands your class builds. Make sure to keep these skills in mind whenever you are making a new build for your chosen class.
In Season 6, a new set of Unique Items and Aspects will be released, with one for each class. Prepare your characters for the endgame, as these new items can be acquired in the new Seething Realm content.
There will be new Legendary Aspects and Tempering Recipes introduced at the start of Season 6. This update allows players to explore new ways to approach and create builds for endgame content.
