The Infernal Hordes is the best and fastest method for farming Mother's Gifts in World Tier 3 and 4 because it is packed with Elite enemies and it has three bosses. You can only fight the Fell Council (the three bosses) once you've cleared all waves in the Infernal Horde.

Considering you have an optimized build for mobbing, you can get around 600 to 700 Mother's Gifts, making it the most efficient activity for Mother's Gifts farming.

Kill Elites and Bosses in Legion Events

Participating in Legion Events is by far one of the the fastest methods for farming Mother's Gifts in World Tier 1 and 2. Legion Events have a generous number of Elite enemies spawning within them and you get a chance to spawn three bosses that can reward you with a lot of Mother's Gifts.

Seasonal Progression Rewards

Mother's Gifts is the reward board for the seasonal questline and activities in Season 5. Similar to the reward boards of previous seasons, ranking up the tiers of Mother's Gifts will give players rewards for completing a tier.

Note that the green tiles on the board are indications of quest unlocks for the Season 5 Questline. You'll need to rank up your Mother's Gifts tier level to gain access to seasonal quests.
