How to Get Sunflower Rug
The Sunflower Rug can only be bought through Nook Shopping service and is only available between June 7 and July 6 for the Northern Hemisphere and December 1 to December 31 for the Southern Hemisphere.
There is no limit to how many you can order, except for the daily limit of 5 item orders, so you can buy as many as you want.
