Why does Pavé encourage you to wear Festivale clothes?
This needs an update, I don't know how festivale was in previous years, but you only need 1 of each feather to make a rainbow one. Not 9 of each. I'm assuming they made it easier.
"To change the color a villager will trade, wait a few minutes and ask again. You can also enter and exit a building and talk to them again." This isn't really true, you can just keep asking rapidly and they will randomly offer different colors.
