The first message in a bottle I got was the DIY recipe for the Shell Wand. The first time I talked to Celeste, she gave me the recipe for the Star Wand. It wasn’t until I looked up the information on star fragments that I realized how difficult it is to get a large star fragment. I’ve only been playing for a week :c
