The first step in making Purple Hyacinths is to gather up a Red Hyacinth and a Yellow Hyacinth. Plant them together in such a way as to ensure hybrids.
Water the plants everyday and wait for the Orange Hybrid Hyacinths to grow.

Using two Orange Hyacinths, plant them together in such a way as to ensure cross-breeding. Keep watering them and eventually you'll get Purple Hyacinths!
There is a chance that Purple Hyacinths might grow on Mystery Islands. Note that Mystery Islands can only ever give you one other type of flower, so you're not guaranteed to find Purple Hyacinths on them.
If you're struggling to get a specific flower type or hybrid color, trading with others online might be the quickest way to get them!
The easiest way to get Purple Hyacinths is to clone the ones you have. To clone flowers, plant them somewhere where they aren't touching any other flowers of their type and water them every day.
Once you get Purple Hyacinths to grow, you can repeat the process to get more. These flowers are used to make other hybrid flowers as well, so why not grow a lot while you're at it?
