You will first need to collect all of the Bunny Day Recipes while the event is active, then create the DIY items. Afterward, speaking to Zipper on April 12th will net you the recipe for a Wobbling Zipper Toy. Afterward, Zipper wil give you the recipe for the Bunny Day Wand.
