Complete the Reunion Campaign Quest

The Undercity: Wail of the Forgotten quest is automatically unlocked after completing the Reunion campaign quest. Speak to Ormus in the Council Chambers in Kurast Reaches to start the quest.
Complete Expansion Story Walkthrough
Undercity: Wail of the Forgotten Walkthrough

 After starting the quest, follow the quest marker into the Undercity. Fight your way through the mobs as you head deeper inside until you find Sihek. |
| 2 |
 Backtrack all the way to the starting point to help Sihek escape the Undercity. Speak to him again outside in Upper Kurast. |
| 3 |
 Follow the quest marker to the southwest and speak with Sihek again. An entrance to the Abandoned Home will appear so head inside to investigate. |
| 4 |
 Defeat the enemies that spawn in the room. Inspect the items marked and return to Sihek to tell him your findings. |
| 5 |
 Sihek will ask you to visit the defaced shrine. Proceed to the marked location and defeat the Zakarum ghosts. When you return to Sihek, you'll be able to explore the Ziggurat District of the Undercity. |
