The Undercity: The Specter of Travincal quest is automatically unlocked by completing Undercity: Wail of the Forgotten.
This quest is part of the Kurast Undercity quest line that unlocks the Kurast Undercity mechanic when completed.

| Defeat Alia in the Ziggurat District | |

 Interact with the Spirit Brazier across Sihek and open a portal. You'll have a limited amount of time to go through all floors and reach the end. Note that some elites will extend the timer when defeated! |
| 2 |
 You'll eventually reach an Undercity Portal that will lead you to the district boss. Enter the portal and defeat Alia, Kurast's End. There is no timer to race against for this encounter. After the fight, collect your spoils and return to Sihek. |
