The Undercity: The Promise quest is automatically unlocked by completing Undercity: The Specter of Travincal.

This quest is part of the Kurast Undercity quest line that unlocks the Kurast Undercity mechanic when completed.

Undercity: The Promise Walkthrough

Defeat Yoche in the Temple District

Golden Snake Blood
Sihek will ask you to find Golden Snakes and collect their blood. Collect 10 of them by killing Golden Snakes in the designated area then enter Ennead's Folly.

Ennead
Clear the area of enemies and pick up the Snake Fang Dagger from the moss-covered chest. Report back to Sihek to unlock the Temple District.

Defeat Yoche, the Golden
Enter the Temple District via the Spirit Brazier and defeat Yoche, the Golden. Similar to the previous Ziggurat District run, you have limited time to reach the boss. Return to Sihek after the boss fight.
