How to Unlock Rune Crafting
Complete Fundamental of Faith Campaign Quest

The Rune Crafting priority quest is automatically unlocked by completing the Fundamental of Faith campaign quest.
Once unlocked, simply talk to Alom in the Kurast Bazaar to begin the Rune Crafting priority quest.

Speak to Alom in Kurast Bazaar
Speak to Alom in the Kurast Bazaar. You'll be shown a quick tutorial on what Runewords are and how to craft them.
Runewords grant powerful, conditional abilities and are only available to players who own the Vessel of Hatred expansion.
Open the Jeweler's Rune Chest
Simply open the Rune Chest and speak to Alom again to conclude the priority quest and unlock the ability to combine runes and create Runewords.
Rune Crafting Quest Reward
Unlock Runewords Mechanic
Runewords allow you to create unique conditional power-ups, including the ability to use skills from different classes by meeting the required resource called offerings.
