The Restorative Shadows perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | This allows V to fight a bit more recklessly while in Stealth as it preserves his health. |
When using Snipers in Stealth, this is an excellent defensive ability to have since most often, you snipe in a stationary position. This makes you likely to get hit. With the added regen, this would help keep your health up.
This is an excellent combo to any stealth-related perk as it always helps you defensively when you get harmed.
