The Cold and Calculating perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | While the added chance of applying Cold Blood on you is great, there are far better bonuses to be had such as Unbreakable and Coldest Blood. |
While the additional Cold Blood is nice, it needs other perks that could increase your Critical Hit chance. Increasing your Crit Hit chance will increase your chance to apply an additional stack of Cold Blood. Perks such as Strike From The Shadows will allow for better Crit chances.
