Frozen Precision Removed in Update 2.0

The Frozen Precision perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

This is a huge bonus for snipers which have already high headshot bonus. If you combine this with the Sniper perk from the Ninjutsu perk tree, it's almost assured that each Sniper headshot is an instant kill.
