List of Engineering Perks and How to Unlock

Perk Attribute Level Effect at Lv. 1
Mech Looter 3 When looting drones, mechs and robots, there is a 25% chance of looting a weapon mod or attachment.
Blast Shielding 3 Reduces damage taken from explosions by 10%.
Can't Touch This 5 Grants immunity to all effects from your own grenades.
Grenadier 5 The explosion radius is visible.
Shrapnel 7 All grenade types deal 20 damage in addition to their normal effects.
Lock And Load 9 Increases Smart Weapon reload speed by 5%.
Up To 11 9 Allows you to charge Tech weapons up to 75% capacity.
Bladerunner 9 Increases damage to drones, mechs and robots by 20%.
Bigger Booms 11 Grenades deal 5% more damage.
Lightning Bolt 12 Increases Crit Chance with tech weapons by 3%.
Tesla 12 Increases the charge multiplier for Tech weapons by 15%.
Gun Whisperer 14 Fully charged Tech weapons do not shoot automatically.
Insulation 14 Grants immunity to Shock.
Übercharge 14 Fully charged Tech weapons deal 50% more damage.
Fuck All Walls 16 Reduces the charge amount needed for Tech weapons to penetrate walls by 30%.
Play The Angles 16 Ricochets deal an additional 50% damage.
Lickety Split 18 Tech weapon charge time is reduced by 10%.
Superconductor 20 Tech weapons ignore Armor.
Jackpot 20 Enables grenades to deal Crit Hits.
Revamp Level 20 in Engineering Increases damage from Tech weapons by 25%. Increases charge damage from all chargeable weapons and cyberware by 10%.
+1% charge damage per Perk level.

    • I'd really like to see a flowchart with all the Main Quests, Side Quests, and Gigs that exist so we can easily see what you need to do before unlocking XYZ quest (kind of like they did here https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/cyberpunk-2077-walkthrough-main-story-quest-list-main-missions-order-5077 except with everything, not just the Main ones)

    • Random damage ramp in enemies/damage reduction for the player. Randomly, I would be one shot by low level enemies while only dishing out double digits. A save roll back and reload fixed the issue, but randomly I would fall into same situation leading to all damage becoming one shot kill, even with 400+ HP and a bunch of armor.
