Frosty Synapses Removed in Update 2.0
The Frosty Synapses perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

Is Frosty Synapses Worth It?

Better Upgrades In Hacking
While the reduction in quickhack cooldown is useful, there are far better perks that you can use to upgrade your quickhacking skills in the Hacking perk tree.
