The Silent And Deadly perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | Silencers reduce damage by 15-30% themselves making this bonus only partially useful. |
Whle this provides an attack bonus on silenced weapons, silencers themselves halves the damage of the weapon making the bonus completely negated.
However, if combined with skills such as Strike From The Shadows, this can become a lethal weapon given the silencer's increase in damage multiplier.
