Albedo's rerun banner started on October 14 and ended on November 1, 2022. Nilou, a new 5-star Hydro Sword character, was also available in her own rate-up banner during this time as well!

Albedo is a great Sub-DPS character who can fit in almost any team comp! He's ideally paired with another Geo character to enable the Geo Resonance buff.

Albedo is the only limited 5-Star character you can get from his banner, but all six standard 5-Star characters will be available on the banner as well.
The 5-Star pity rate for Event Wish Banners is 90 Wishes. This means that you're guaranteed a 5-Star drop if you didn't get one in the previous 89 Wishes. The pity count resets when you get a 5-Star character.
The first time you hit pity on an Event Wish Banner, there's a 50% chance you'll get the featured 5-Star and a 50% chance you'll get a standard 5-Star. If you didn't get the featured 5-Star the first time, then your next 5-Star drop is guaranteed to be the featured 5-Star.
This pity count carries over banner changes of the same banner type. Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 share a pity count.

The 4-star characters featured in Albedo's 3.1 banner are Xiangling, Beidou, and Barbara. All other 4-Star characters are available on Albedo's banner at a normal rate.
