Simultaneous Rerun with Nilou in Phase 2

Albedo's rerun banner started on October 14 and ended on November 1, 2022. Nilou, a new 5-star Hydro Sword character, was also available in her own rate-up banner during this time as well!

Event Wish-2 System	Two Character Event Wish banners are available at the same time and share one Wish Counter. Wishes carry over to the next set of Promotional Character banner.
