How to Unlock The Old Ways
Head to Tur Dulra

The Old Ways side quest can be unlocked by talking to Scholar Yuein in Tur Dulra after completing A Deepening Shadow.
Finish A Deepening Shadow First
In order to unlock The Old Ways quest, players must first complete A Deepening Shadow from Shob'ha.
A Deepening Shadow Quest Walkthrough and Rewards
You Have to Conquer Tur Dulra First
Players have to conquer the Stronghold Tur Dulra before being able to talk to Scholar Yuein and continuing the Side Quest.

| 1 |  Speak to the Druid Spirit Approach the burning tree in Tur Dulra to talk to the Druid Spirits. |
| 2 |  Free the spirits of Tur Dulra's Druids Find and defeat the Druid Spirits. They will appear as red skull icons on your mini-map after you find one! |
| 3 |  Return to the Great Oak Return to the Burning Oak Tree after defeating all three Druid Spirits. |
| 4 |  Slay the Infernal Tormentor Defeat Baelgemoth, the Infernal Tormentor! Try to always stay behind it to dodge its continous attacks. |
| 5 |  Rekindle the Wanderer's Shrine to conquer Tur Dulra. Interact with the Shrine to conquer and restore Tur Dulra! |
The Old Ways Walkthrough

| 1 | Talk to Scholar Yuein Talk to Scholar Yuein in Tur Dulra to start the quest. |
| 2 |  Enter the Lair of the Despoiler Head to the Lair of the Despoiler in Tur Dulra following Scholar Yuein's instructions. |
| 3 |  Slay the Wildwood Once inside, look for and defeat the three corrupted Wildwood. This will unlock the Sacred Stones needed to progress the quest. |
| 4 |  Activate the Sacred Stones In the center of the dungeon, there is a room with three sacred stones. Activate all three after defeating the Wildwoods. |
| 5 |  Return to Scholar Yuein Return to Sholar Yuein in Tur Dulra to receive the Scroll which you need to deliver to Shob'ha. |
| 5 |  Return to Shob'ha After receiving the Scroll, head to Shob'ha in the Deep Forest to finish the quest. Finishing this quest immediately unlocks the A Sliver of Light sidequest. |
